Boy's Team 11th at Pickerington XC Classic
The New Albany Boy's CC team finished 11th out of 17 teams this Saturday at the Pickerington XC Classic. Competing in the large school/more competitive division, Blake Taneff finished 11th out of 350 runners. Rounding out the top 5 scored individuals were Kyle Manion (47th), Drew Rose (51st), Austin Bach (70th), and Willie Matt (82nd). Dublin Coffman won the meet with a total of 88 points followed by host Pickerington North with 99 points. New Albany posted a team total of 245 points. The boys will represent New Albany at two separate meets this upcoming weekend. A varsity squad will be competing at the Malone Invitational in Canton, Ohio while the Open/JV runners will be competing in the Open Race at the Westerville Classic.
